("xcube.co"), a company incorporated in the Kingdom of Bahrain under commercial registration no. 181289-1, with its registered office at 3rd floor, Arcapita Building, Bahrain Bay, BH 346, Bahrain, for Defy Consortium ("Defy", "we", "us"). By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
01What this website is for
This website presents Defy Consortium, its work on inclusive finance, its membership and its publications. It is general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, tax or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
Nothing on this website is an offer, a solicitation or a commitment to invest or to provide services. Defy is not a bank and does not provide regulated financial services.
02Pilots, standards and partners
References to national pilots or standards describe proposed frameworks. They are not official approvals. Regulators and government bodies are partners or beneficiaries of Defy's work and are not members of the consortium. Their mention does not mean they endorse Defy.
03Our content and publications
The text, images, logos, white papers and other materials on this website belong to us or to those who licensed them to us.
You may read, download and print our publications for your own use, and quote short extracts with a clear reference to the source. Do not reproduce, republish, distribute or sell our publications, or use them in a commercial product, without our written permission.
The names Defy and Defy Consortium, our logos and the Defiant for Good® mark may not be used without our written permission.
